Home Access

If you cannot be home to let our staff in for cleanings, you may leave a key to your home with a McKinney Maids Team Manager or provide us with your door or garage code. Your key or code will be kept safe and secure. All keys are coded for security and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you have an alarm system, please provide access instructions.

For your protection, we do not return keys through the mail. We ask that customers present a photo ID before a key can be released.

Payment

McKinney Maids accepts Zelle, Venmo (@McKinneyMaids), or check  

Full payment is due the day of your cleaning.

Supplies

We provide all cleaning supplies, but if you have particular cleaning supplies/products that you’d like us to use, just let us know and leave them on the kitchen counter or near the front door and we will be happy to use them.

Arrival Window

To ensure quality service for all valued customers, McKinney Maids can’t specify exact arrival or departure times, but will give arrival windows so you have an estimated time frame.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule service. We simply require a 24 hour notice. If McKinney Maids does not receive a cancellation or reschedule request at least 24 hours prior to service or if we cannot access your home upon arrival, you will be charged half the price of your scheduled service.

24-Hour Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know. We are unable to offer a refund, but McKinney Maids will be glad to re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.

Gratuity

Tips are not required, but are a great way to say thank you to your cleaning specialists if you feel they give outstanding service. Feel free to contact us with feedback on the services you receive so we can extend thanks to our outstanding cleaning specialists.

Gift Certificates

Contact us if you’d like to purchase a gift certificate for McKinney Maids. Gift certificates do not expire, may not be returned, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Your security is a priority at McKinney Maids. To confirm that you have a secure connection, look for the letters “https” (instead of “http”) located in the web address at the top of your browser. We have paid for a professional security service through GoDaddySites.com to keep our site safe and secure.

Privacy Policy

The personal information we collect from you will not be given out and will be kept safe in our secure online data system.

Opt-In: Submitting a free quote request and/or calling McKinney Maids to request an estimate are treated as an opt-in to receive service information from us.

If you give us your email address or phone number, you will only receive communications related to your McKinney Maids quote request or cleaning services.

Opt-Out: If you no longer wish to receive e-mails or texts from us, please reply STOP to let us know and we will remove your information from our system.
